"A gorgeous apartment on a beautiful street in a safe neighbourhood in Paris. Many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby and the Eiffel tower and Champs-Élysées in a 10min walking distance. We stayed a few nights with our children and loved our stay."

"The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable, WiFi works well. Kitchen has pretty much everything you would need to use during your stay. We could find a supermarket in just a 3-minutes walk, and there are also some good options of restaurants around (our favourite was Villa Sophia). Check in information is very clear."

"The property owner is only available for support from 9:00 - 22:00. We had an issue with the electronic lock at 23:00 and were locked outside the apartment, and no one was available to help - we called the 2 numbers we had, texted, sent a message through booking, but all in vain (also, don’t count too much with booking’s customer service on this kind of situation, they were useless). At the end, we had to come up with a solution that cost us money and caused stress. But I have to say that on the following days the property followed up with us and eventually I received a full refund - owner was understandable and agreed with the refund immediately."

"Didn't receive instructions on how to enter and couldn't reach the host (by phone, whats-app or message), only after the check-in time had passed, we received them causing some stress. After that, everything was perfect."

"Our stay in Cedric’s apartment was perfect from start to finish. The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better & the apartment itself was spacious and decorated beautifully. It was spotlessly clean & had all the amenities we required for our girl’s trip."

"The property is in a great location. Most things we visited were within walking distance. The Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, the aquarium, Champs-Elysees, the Seine, Rue Cler. And when we didn't walk, we took the metro most often using the George V stop, which is also a very close walk from the property. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. We also found a boulangerie and patisserie one block over from the property, which we visited often. On the same block as the boulangerie and patisserie, there is also a small market/grocery store and a produce market. Also, during our stay, we were running low on toilet paper. A quick email to the owners and more paper was delivered! The owner even sent a follow-up email to ensure we were satisfied."
